Calyx King Consulting | Management Team
The CKC team is comprised of architects and attorneys, entrepreneurs and analysts, cannabis cultivators, advocates, and enthusiasts. We were founded by operators: committed professionals driven to pioneer, establish, and expand a sustainable cannabis industry. Our years of hands-on cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experience combine with our multi-disciplinary backgrounds to enable CKC to convert cannabis’ complexity into business clarity for our clients.
At Calyx King Consulting, client confidence in our counsel is the singular measure of our success.
As both an experienced attorney and consultant, Chris navigates clients through all phases of cannabis enterprise operations: business planning, formation, and fundraising; licensure and start-up; regulatory compliance; commercial transactions; IP protection and management; and executive strategy.
