JJ’s mission is straightforward but complex: he converts empty space into high-quality, high-yield production facilities. He arrives at an empty lot and designs the building necessary to meet the client objectives. Then he directs the construction of the building, the planting of the plants, the growing of the product, the harvesting and curing, the storage and processing, and the delivery to market. Justin literally transforms nothing—an empty space—into best-in-class production.
JJ’s natural skill in crew management—whether construction site contractors or dozens of staff interacting across all phases of crop production—secures on-time, on-budget, and on-target results in an industry where operational predictability is critical to competitive success. JJ delivers high-quality and high-efficiency cannabis production by leading large teams through complex systems that require careful compliance with both methodology and regulatory commitments. His understanding of the processes—of the plant, the people producing it, and the systems for transforming it—helps avoid surprises and mitigate whatever troubles might arise.
